Capabilities

Documents are scanned and can be stored in a variety of formats, including ".pdf" format for electronic filing with the Federal Courts.

Pages can be exported for word processing, reprinted if necessary, faxed or electronically transferred (e-mailed), sent to LCD projectors for trial presentation.

At the conclusion of a case the CD becomes an efficient user-friendly form of archival storage, eliminating space and saving storage costs.  This saves both time and money for the litigator and client.

Security of Documentation

Once scanned and stored on CD never worry about pages becoming lost, altered or paginated incorrectly.

Documents can be OCR'd or electronically Bates numbered to provide enhanced search capabilities.

Documents can be quickly located by typing in a word or words you are trying to locate within a specific document.  Using today's computer technology a single sheet of paper stored on a fully loaded CD-ROM disk (15,000 pages) can be located in under 30 seconds.

Enhanced imagery from poor copies or colored NCR pages.  Through high quality scanning final images are generally of better quality than the original document.
