E-Transcripts are a fast and efficient method of receiving transcripts via the Internet.  All transcripts are delivered via e-mail and can include a counsel specified password to prevent unauthorized viewing of the file, as well as a printing password sent separately to preclude printing, if necessary.

E-Transcripts are delivered as executable files which perform a security check of the delivered file prior to opening at the recipient's location.  This function verifies that no viruses are attached to the file, and that the transcript has not been tampered with or altered during transmission.

All E-Transcripts have imbedded software included with them that allows counsel to perform word searches within the transcript.

Concordance pages (word indexes) are also included and can be printed by counsel if needed.

Page layout of the transcript can be reset by the end user to allow reprinting of the transcript in a variety of styles, single sheet, four page compressed, six page compressed, with or without note boxes.

E-Transcripts can be forwarded to experts or clients for review, thus saving on staffing prep, consumables, turn-around time and postage or overnight delivery charges.

E-Transcript™ files can be imported into the E-Binder™ Document Management software product which provides added functionality to the end user.
