The newest version of E-Publisher now includes exhibits hyperlinked directly to the transcripts, synchronized video to transcript, and the ability to OCR exhibits. This OCR capability makes your documents searchable from within E-Publisher, and also provides a convenient word index associated with each document. No special software is required to view either the transcripts or the exhibits. The exhibit viewer allows zooming, resizing for best fit, rotating documents, and scrolling multi-page exhibits. The final CD can then be used during trial presentation, or as a case bible when a file is closed. These E-transcript™/exhibit bundles can be easily imported into RealLegal's E-Binder™ product to provide added functionality from a transcript and document management standpoint. attorneys with digital E-transcripts™ and corresponding digital exhibits burned
onto a single CD. E-transcripts and bundled exhibits can be updated onto
the same or new CD as the case progresses, so that counsel can maintain all
transcripts and related documentary evidence on a single CD. Documentary
material includes both printed material and photographic evidence.
