Bish & Associates, Inc. accepts this reservation request subject to prior scheduling commitments for other parties.

Your reservation will be confirmed within 24 hours of placing this request.

Estimate your tentative videoconference time carefully since remote site charges are based on the estimated length of the videoconference.  It may be possible to extend your conference while in session, but extensions are not guaranteed.

Carefully review our cancellation policy before submitting this form.

 

Cancellation Policy

Notification Period              Charges

More than 72 hours......Coordination fee only ($50 U.S./Canada)

                                            ($75 International)

48 - 72 hours..............Coordination fee plus 25% of room rental charge

Less than 48 hours......Coordination fee plus 50% of room rental charge

Less than 24 hours......Coordination fee plus 100% of room rental charge

Bish & Associates, Inc. and its networking affiliates are not responsible for any delays, postponements or cancellations of videoconferences due to unforeseen circumstances.

Other than allowances for videoconferencing service interruptions due to equipment malfunction, Bish & Associates, LLC and/or its affiliated rental sites shall not be liable for any failure of performance due to causes beyond its control, including loss of use, lost profits, consequential or any other damages.  In no event shall any liability exceed the amount of the coordination charges and room rental fees.
