Videoconference: Bringing the world to you ...
Key Benefits
Eliminate the hassles of out-of-town
travel. Save time and money.
Videoconferencing uses high-speed ISDN
technology to connect two or more sites. Most sites also have the
capability to show prerecorded videotapes to other locations, share documents
electronically via Elmo technology, share information or show presentations from
your laptop computer via scan converter, as well as tape record your meeting
when necessary.
There are thousands of videoconferencing
suites around the world. Our affiliation with global service providers
allows us to search for the best rates and most convenient remote locations for
our clients.
S-Video connectivity allows Certified Legal
Video Specialists to record testimony of out-of-town clients, witnesses or
experts directly from the ISDN feed for trial playback.
Videoconferencing not only eliminates
travel expenses, it also resolves timing issues related to scheduling experts to
testify.
Within the continental United States:
During normal business hours (8:00 to 5:00 ET) the average cost per hour for a
point-to-point meeting/deposition is $450, plus a one-time conference
coordination fee of $50 per conference. (Rates subject to change based on remove
location/transmission rate.)
Please call for inquiries or to set up a
demonstration.
